Please be extra vigilant when opening and replying to any messages that may not have come from your usual contacts.

If you do receive any suspect communications from this domain (Petroinoes.com), please do not respond directly but report it back to us (attaching the suspicious email(s)) using the following email address:

NEVER UPDATE IN YOUR SYSTEM(S) ANY NEW BANK ACCOUNT OR MAKE ANY CHANGE TO DETAILS ON EXISTING KazTransOil JSC (“KZTO”) OR Dunga Oil Refinery (“DOR”) BANK ACCOUNTS UNLESS COMMUNICATED BY YOUR USUAL KMG/DOR CONTACT.

ANY PROPOSED CHANGE SHOULD ALWAYS BE CONFIRMED INITIALLY BY PHONE AND THEN ELECTRONICALLY (EMAIL) WITH YOUR USUAL KMG/DOR CONTACT.
